GHRP-2 (Pralmorelin) is a synthetic growth hormone secretagogue. A 10 mg vial contains a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder that binds to ghrelin receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, promoting the body’s natural release of growth hormone.
